Don't scorn the corn

It's no secret . . . I LOVE candy corn, probably a bit too much--it's still August, and my first bag of "Harvest Mix" has already disappeared--so I have to limit myself to one bag per shopping trip. (HA! Didn't say how often my shopping trips are!)

So, I was perusing Pinterest on my iPod the other day, saw my first candy corn pin and thought, "Ooh, I must make a new candy corn pattern for products in my shop!" My newest product collection began as a simple sketch of a classic candy corn piece in yellow, orange and white on my iPod using Autodesk Sketchbook that progressed to a fun geometric pattern that I then put into motion using PicturesToExe:

The candy corn themed products in my shop do not feature the fun dancing and twirling candy pieces seen in the video but instead a more random pattern of candy corn, as if pieces of candy corn have been tossed about randomly, landing in tiny little piles of sweet Halloween candy goodness.
